Terms and Conditions
This website is run by System A, the design studio of Kasper Gram, CVR 33534833, Denmark.
Everything shown here – case images, video, text and identities – belongs to System A or to the clients the work was made for. You are welcome to share links to the site. Please ask before reusing any of the work.
The site is a portfolio, not an offer. Scope, prices and timelines are agreed in writing for each project.
Links to other sites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Behance, lead to pages we do not control.
Danish law applies to the use of this website.
Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. There are no contact forms, no newsletter and no user accounts on this site.
If you email us, we use your name, email address and what you write only to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. Project correspondence is kept for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires (five years); everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.
The site is hosted by Framer (Framer B.V., the Netherlands). Framer’s built-in statistics count visits and page views without cookies and without identifying you.
The typeface and all images are served from Framer’s own servers.
You have the right to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency. Write to hello@system-a.studio.
Cookie Policy
This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Visitor statistics are collected by Framer without cookies.
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Behance only take you to those sites when you click them. Their own cookie policies apply there.
